Quality control is initiated in the mining process, with the selective extraction of coal layers, all the way to the stage of processing and product shipping.

The total quality control policy includes the following requirements:

– Written procedures and instructions.
– Personnel training.
– Work supervised by skilled personnel.
– Calibrated and checked laboratory equipment.
– Statistical control.
– Proficiency program.
